Ever have one of those days, weeks, months, maybe even year when you needed to withdraw and recharge your networking batteries?

I've been looking for something to motivate me and light a spark in my business networking lately. When you've been in the game for a while, especially in a small town, networking events can seem outright disingenuous. However, I recently attended Dusty Sternadel's "Nspire Game Changers" lunch meeting, and it was perfect after my networking (winter) hibernation.

Nspire Game Changer Series is focused on career development and enhancement with the mission to develop individuals, leaders, and teams.

“With integrity, you have nothing to fear, since you have nothing to hide. With integrity you will do the right thing, so you will have no guilt. With fear and guilt removed you are free to be and do your best.” - Zig Ziglar

One of the main topics discussed in the new Nspire office located at the Southwest Building in Wichita Falls, TX, is doing business with integrity.

What does doing business with integrity mean to you?

For me, it means being real and transparent regardless of what I hear other media services pitching to others. In my field of Digital Media Management, it seems there's a new agency opening up every day. With all the hype and noise, I do realize that there are misunderstandings of what services like social media management (SMM), search engine optimization (SEO), and online marketing can do for a business. In this regard, I do see many business owners who have had disappointing experiences when hiring a digital management service. It makes me take a step back and re-evaluate.

What can I do to make this experience better for my clients?

How can I develop the trust of prospective clients?

and...

How can I best interact with a business that may not share my integrity value system?

You may have a different take on what integrity means for your business.

Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments below!
